NSDE Foundation is dedicated to realizing the vision of a world where everyone, regardless of background or circumstances, has access to quality education.
Network of Sustainable Development and Education
Our mission is to promote and advocate for education as a fundamental human right for all individuals, with a particular emphasis on marginalised communities and girls. We are dedicated to working towards achieving the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, with a primary focus on SDG 4: Quality Education.
Our vision is to create a world where everyone, regardless of background or circumstances, has access to quality education. At NSDE, we strive to create a global network dedicated to sustainable development and education, where diversity is embraced, and opportunities for growth are accessible to all.
Many Afghan girls cannot go to school due to the imposed ban on education beyond 6th grade. The NSDE Online School gives them a chance to continue learning from home. Through this program, girls can study online, complete their schooling, and earn an internationally recognized diploma. This helps them access higher education and career opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach.
The NSDE English Proficiency Program is a volunteer-led initiative that helps Afghan girls improve their English skills. Many girls in Afghanistan face barriers to education, and learning English can open new opportunities for them in school, work, and life. Through this program, we provide free English lessons, giving them the skills they need to succeed and build a brighter future.
