Bi bi Najia Fakhri
My name is Najia Fakhri, and I am a 25-year-old educator committed to empowering Afghan girls through education. I currently volunteer with the NSDE’s English Project, where I teach English and help students develop their language skills and confidence. Teaching is my passion, rooted in the belief that education can transform lives and open doors to a brighter future.
I hold a degree from Kabul University, where I graduated from the Faculty of Social Science, Department of Philosophy and Sociology. My academic background has provided me with a deeper understanding of societal challenges, which I strive to address through my teaching and advocacy for girls’ education.
Currently, I am pursuing a second degree in Computer Science, which allows me to explore innovative ways to integrate technology into education. My experiences have shaped my dedication to creating opportunities for Afghan girls and supporting them in overcoming barriers to education.
